You will never use a ski boot again!

"This is my second pair of Apex. I love the comfort. This season I had to ski one day with a ski boot and I hated it. They are so brittle. Apex boots are like walking in a normal snow boot. Once you go Apex you never go back!"

Maria S. (5/5)

Best Boots Ever for me

"After over 40 years of skiing in pain in those boots, I finally got lucky with Apex. Although I’ve had a couple of other boot brands give me some relief. These Apex boots have done it all for me. No more do I have to struggle getting in and out of boots even with my tremendously high arches. People often ask me how did they ski when they see I’m wearing them? They probably are also the best for me once I set them up properly for me. If I send you plenty of additional material to ensure that they can be set up to really fit the individual need. Kiddos to Apex and thank you for your job. Well done."

Awesome boot for comfort and warmth.

"I bought these boots to replace my older version of Apex boots: MC-3. When I found out that Apex had added the 3 buckle system versus the 2 buckle I wanted to upgrade. My last surgery on my foot was a big toe joint fusion, so my big toe does not bend & these boots are perfect and keep my feet warm!"

Cindy W. (5/5)

Great fit!

"I have had surgeries on both of my feet and could no longer get them into regular skii boots. I can get these on and they are still nice and snug. I would not be able to ski if were not for Apex boots!"

Julie466 B. (5/5)

Meant to be!

"Snow was gone when I received them but trying them felt like they were meant to be. Looking forward to ski season."

Jeanne H. (5/5)

Performance with Comfort

"My new Apex boots are comfortable to walk in and dynamic to ski in. Very pleased with this high performance boot!"

Susan H. (5/5)

Great boots

"Great boots, super comfortable. Im thinking it would be great if they had a "walk mode" for touring where the bar on the back that affixes the tilt would be able to be loosened to let the boot flex back and forth independently"

Eric S. (4/5)

This is my second pair.

"This is my second pair. I love the ease of walking around in them. I recommend them to people all the time"

Cynthia R. (5/5)

Excellent!

"I bought these for my wife and she loves them. She has not had a chance to get them on the skis yet, but the walk around in the boot and strapping them in was excellent. She is excited to get them on the slopes and not have the aching feet at the end of the day."

Robert C. (5/5)

Not precisely what I had hoped.

"The ankle fit is a little too snug and caused chaffing my first two days. We’ll see if the boots adjust with greater use. Boots fill too small. I am a narrow-footed size 43. I thought these would work."

Q&A

How durable is the inner boot for walking throughout the resort, parking lot
The inner walking boots are as durable as any winter snow boot. They are built to last for many years of use.
Can you use a different snowboarding boot with the Apex skii shell?
We design the system to work only with our components, including the snowboard boot. We do not recommend using a boot designed by another manufacturer.
Can I only use these boots with apex bindings?
Our boots are ISO 5355. They are compatible with all alpine bindings.
Is it possible to demo a woman's size 7.5 in Park City, Utah area?
Unfortunately there are not currently demo opportunities in the Park City area.
Where in MA can I try on the Blanca VS boots?
Strand's in Worcester, MA.
Where in vermont can i try on a pair of these womens boots and buy them
Sports Odyssey is our Vermont dealer with two locations. You can find both here through our dealer locator: https://www.apexskiboots.com/pages/where-to-try-buy
Do you deliver to Australia ?
We do. There is a shipping and import duty estimator in our shopping cart that will present the cost to ship them to you.
We bought a pair of Blanca's last year for Rhonda Holt. The first size was too small. Would you happen to have the size on file that you shipped the second time. My daughter wears the same size and i would like to order a pair for her. Thank you
It was a 26 size Blanca, Duane.
Is the inner liner acceptable to use as a snowboard boot?
Yes. The inner walking boot is a fantastic snowboarding boot if you choose to use it as such.
Is there a Notification List I can get on to be notified when size 28's are available? I live in TN and don't want to miss out on these again !!
Yes! You can sign onto our email list for all info concerning preorders which will become available in September. The exact date is not yet set for availability. The email subscription can be found by visiting www.apexskiboots.com.
When will size 28 be available? would take a New Leftover!! Looking since March 2023!! Any help appreciated!!
28s will be available early this fall! Late September/early October.
Hello, I am also a size 28 in women’s. Is it possible to reassess the demand for this size? (It has been brought up multiple times just in the questions section.) The color options are very limited and it is unfortunate for women with larger feet that the only option is to order a men’s boot… Men who prefer the white could also wear a 28 in the Blanca. Hoping for your consideration.
We offer 28 women's. You can secure your size when we offer pre-orders later this summer.
If I buy a boot on line, where do I get the liner heat molded? I will be in Boulder Colorado in June for the month.
You can heat mold at home or have a ski shop heat mold the boots. REI has a great instructional video on heat molding at home on YouTube. https://youtu.be/8K7fRr-Jbfo
What is the exact measurement of the widest last width this boot is designed to comfortably accommodate; and same question for calf width? What is the maximum calf width in inches that can be accommodated by calling you for a larger strap?
It is very difficult to say exactly how wide each measurement will accommodate as feet vary so much that no one last or calf are the same. We have a very dynamic last and calf fitting due to our unique BOA lacing system. It really is a skier by skier fit answer.
Would a woman's size 27 work for a senior 73 year old skier who wears a size 27 men's ski and a size 9 street shoe.?
You would probably be happier in a 26 as we build 26 for a ladies street shoe size 9.
Where can I find them in New Hampshire?
We do not have a dealer in New Hampshire. We have a dealer in VT and MA.
I sorely need to replace my boots. When I purchased my Apex boots you did not make a woman's boot. I therefore was fitted with a man's boot. I have no idea which size to purchase. I wear an 8 1/2 street shoe. The shell at the top has a 25.0 figure. The closest venue for me to purchase an Apex boot is in Ellicottville , NY and by now he has taken off for Florida. I have tried for 2 years to find someone within a reasonable distance to replace my current worn out boots. HELP I am reluctant to purchase on line as I don't feel confident in getting the proper fit.
Mud Sweat 'n Gears is our new shop in Ellicottville. They are good friends with Greg who closed at the end of last season.
I have really wide calves. I tried a pair on and they close ok as long as I watch to make sure the edges line up all right. But because there is so little overlap of the tongue with the sides I’m worried that it will let in a lot of cold, or that I’ll get weird pressure points as a result. I’m afraid to ski in them and then not be able to return them.
We have long straps for you. Give us a call for fit advice and special parts to optimize your fit. 303-530-3340.
`Do these conform to the DIN standards for bindings?
Our toes and heels conform to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 5355 which make them DIN conforming.
What if you purchase these and you don't like them or the fit isn't quite right?
You have 45 days to return the boots from date of shipment. You can only return them if they are not skied in. If the boots are skied in the return will be rejected. We will work with you on fit over the phone post-purchase and guide you through any initial issues you may have.
