Domestic USA Customers

-Please initiate your return by completing the information below. You will receive a shipping label to print and attach to your return. The $19.99 cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund should the returned boots pass inspection. 

-Refunds are only issued when incoming boots are not skied in, not used, not damaged, and show no signs of wear. Boots will be sent back to the customer without a refund issued should any signs of wear or use be discovered in the inspection process. 

-If the returned boots pass inspection, a refund is issued less the return shipping cost of $19.99. The refunded amount should take 3-5 business days to appear on the customer’s chosen payment method at time of purchase. 

International (outside USA) Customers

-We do not accept returns on sales outside the USA. No exceptions. This is due to customs clearance, affiliated duty, VAT and other related complications of cross-border commerce. All sales outside the USA are final.

- Please initiate your exchange process by completing the return information below. An exchange is first a return of the existing boots and a subsequent new order. This allows us to inspect the exchanged boots for any signs of wear or damage. We will refund the original purchase amount when the incoming boots pass inspection.

-Please place a new order for your desired size through apexskiboots.com once you have completed the return process and have a shipping label. If a new order is placed within 48 hours after the return is initiated using the same email address as the original order, the flat return fee of $19.99 will NOT be deducted from your return amount. Your returned items will be refunded upon passing inspection successfully and your new exchange order will ship out automatically.
