We’re a small, independent ski boot company based in the Rockies. No mega-corps. No outsourced call centers. Just a tight team that cares deeply about fit, function, and helping skiers shred harder — with comfort.

 

We’re not here to crank out cookie-cutter boots. We’re here to make your boot work your way.

  • If the boots you receive do not fit (and have not been skied in yet), our team of experts will work with you to fix any issues that you may encounter. The Apex Fit Guarantee means that we stand by our products and will ensure your satisfaction. Please note that at this time we cannot exchange any ski boots which have been previously skied in.

  • Apex boots purchased online are eligible for a full refund for any reason as long as they have not been worn outside.

     

    If you have skied in them and still are not satisfied, please call us to discuss your issue and we will work to get it resolved quickly.

We’re open 7 days a week in Golden, Colorado from November to March, 10 am - 4 pm, and conveniently located right off I-70, Exit 264. Drop in anytime, or book an appointment to give us a heads-up. Remember, all fittings are first come, first serve—even with an appointment.

    My old Apex MC-3’s were packed out and it was time for a new pair of boots. I was passing through Denver and stopped at the retail store and worked with Seth to determine between the Crestone and Antero boots, and ultimately selected the Antero’s. We did the whole boot fitting and custom heat molding bit, and the boots fit perfectly, and are extremely comfortable.

    I have about 30 days on these. Boots are great and I don't expect to ski anything else again but the best part of getting these boots is the customer service. I have lost and broke latches on the boots (2 separate times) and both times I got a replacement in a few days.
